Who is responsible?

Trouvee is a trade name of Site-Specialist, the business of Sven Breynaert, Scherpstraat 3, 9470 Denderleeuw, Belgium, company/VAT number BE 0864.813.297. Questions about privacy: hello@trouvee.be.

What data, and why?

Through the contact form: your name, email address and, if you fill them in, your phone number, your website and your message. We use them to answer your request and to carry out your free scan. The legal basis is your own request to take steps prior to entering into a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

If you become a client, we keep your data for as long as we work together and afterwards for as long as accounting legislation requires.

For how long?

If you do not become a client, we delete your request no later than twelve months after our last contact.

Who do we share it with?

With no one for sales or advertising purposes. Two service providers process data on our behalf: Cloudflare, which hosts the website and processes the form, and Resend, which delivers the form to us as an email. Both are US companies; the transfer takes place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising scripts. Fonts are loaded from our own server. If you choose the dark theme, your own browser remembers that choice; that information is not sent to us.

Your rights

You can always access, correct or have your data deleted, and object to its processing. Send an email to hello@trouvee.be; you will receive a reply within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, dataprotectionauthority.be.
